Game freeze after getting to the drop ship in every game

Hi, it started at 2020.03.09 before that i played kinda like every day farming battle pass and playing ranked, and now i got this freezes.

I can log in to the game get into the lobby, and i can join to a game but when we picked our characters and we get on the board of the dropship 1-10 second and the game got freeze.

The Task Manager says it runing.

- the video driver is up to date

- im not overclock my CPU

- i changed nothing, i just turned off my PC and get back to play another day ( but i cant)

Intel Core i7 7700K

Mobo:

ASUS PRIME Z270-K

RAM:

32GB Kingston KHX3000C15D4/8GX

GPU:

MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

good luck I saw your original post and suiggested it to the support team I was told to do another UO trace and then port forward again as if a second time will fix it lol

@Echo_Is_The_Name trust me the issue not from our computers, it's Easy anti cheat,

report the issue, tell them If i delete EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll from the game folder, no more glitches or freezes, but we can't play due to must have EAC on, I already sent report, and told EA that, and they told me to report it to them, so I hope everyone report it because it will get fixed asap

wow so the update is here but game still freezes. I am so surprised (not)

So the only way for this to get fixed is for easy anti-cheat to do something nothing EA support can do to speed the process along it's been a week of this and I've been patient but the frustration is starting to get real this issue need to be fixed and soon

Just after the latest update the problem is back and the old solution does not work.
This game is too much trouble I tell you.
Any fix or ideas please assist.

@JurD1s Today was a small update, the problem remained. And I was hoping already. This is not the first time this problem has occurred. ☹️

@ac1d_user1 только что обновил игру, и проблема исчезла.
Надеюсь, у тебя тоже ( да вообще у всех ) эта проблема исчезнет 🙂
