Game freezes on startup

the game loads perfectly fine until i get to the lobby. Then everything freezes and the game gets a bit blurry and the only way i can close the game is with task manager

I have tried every simple fix
Reinstall game
Clear shader cache
delete respawn folder
disable overlays
eac reinstall
