Hi there!I have an issue where my game would freeze and disconnect from the server.At first I only had this problem in the main menu, now it's happening mid-game.This happens EVERY game.I saw some similar posts here but they falsely got marked as solved.It only seems to happen to players with a CPU of the AMD FX-63XX series.I reinstalled both Apex AND Origin, installed it on another drive, flushed my DNS per ipconfig/flushdns, I even wiped the Windows hosts file.This bug is totally game breaking and it ruins the experience for us with the CPU AND our teammates!My system:Windows 10 (64bit)GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 1050Ti 4GBCPU: AMD FX-6300, 6x 3,5GHzRAM: 16GB DDR3

Thanks for the posts, I've definitely seen reports of issues with this CPU, and if we can find a workaround or fix we'll give an update.

As soon as I launch my game, the main menu have sound stuttering problem for few seconds, then it gets fixed automatically.Further, my game freezes randomly for few seconds and then it crashes to main menu saying "connection timed out". I'm facing this issue almost after every game and sometimes mid-game. The game doesn't even have reconnect option so it's quite annoying.Specs :FX-6300GTX 960 2GB DDR58GB ddr3 ram

I have the same issue , but what server are you playing on? My guess is that is not the pc but the server, I think brasil has some issues

btw EA technically has released their first answer to these issues...I don't agree, because I have the same issues as you and my rig is almost twice the recommended specs for this game.It's pinned at the top of the forum - let me TLDR it..."You all have * computers - turn down your graphics - turn every background program off including origins - turn discord off - and turn down every setting to low. even try uninstalling gefroce experience and any driver settings software."PLEASE EA DO NOT RUIN THIS MASTERPIECE OF A GAME ALREADY AND IDENTIFY ITS AN ISSUE ON YOUR END.

I have the same exact problem, freezing a couple of seconds in the middle of the game and then crashing without error.
My CPU is FX-6300 as well.

I have the same issue , but what server are you playing on? My guess is that is not the pc but the server, I think brasil has some issues

My friends are playing on the same server and they have no problem at all.

I think it is the CPU. My bet is the game freezes for some reason, then the disconnection comes because of that. I had some problems with CS:GO too. Not with disconnections but crashes because of multicore rendering. Maybe there is a launch param from source engine that we can try. I already tried with mat_queue_mode 0 (multicore rendering off) but no luck.

I have seen multiple people have the same issue with i7 6700HQ as well.

It does this same exact thing on the Intel Pentium G4400 if that helps at all. I have been seeing a lot on this with Intel and Amd. Definitely not the best processor but every other game is running maxed out in 1080p.
That system is with a g4400, rx580 and 8gb ddr4.
