Game is genuinely nigh unplayable

I've made a post like this before and obviously, no-one answered. Apex seemingly cannot be ran properly on a 4070 Super/i5 13400F?? I get insane FPS drops from 150 down to 70 in any slight resource intense situation i.e. a fight, a Maggie drill nearby, a grenade going off nearby, basically anything that isn't just normal surroundings it will cause my FPS to tank, on top of the insane FPS drops, my ping is also just insanely bad on Apex, I'm on the correct servers, no other game lags like this or at all for that matter. I have constant jitters, packet loss, game freezing mid fight, it's genuinely insane how bad it is to play Apex. I'm almost 100% certain it's never always been like this, I've had the same PC for ages and from what I remember it ran butter smooth, no FPS or Latency issues. Before anyone says "turn this on in settings!" "turn your graphics settings down!" I have, I'm running apex on the lowest possible settings at 1920x1400, even textures are practically turned off and my guns look like they've been ported from Half Life 1, no one else I play with has this issue yet they all have dramatically weaker PCs.
