Game is unplayable due to Desync/Prediction Error

Hi, My issue is that the game starts desyncing me whenever too many things are happening at once. It could be 2+ people shooting me at once, a care package dropping, an octane stims while shooting...

Have you considered getting closer to the enemy or finding cover this gameplay look indifferent to my experience.

Idk if you are serious or not, but here's another clip I got recently after trying a couple of more fixes that did not work. You reminded me to post it here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5H68i-7CRKc Maybe it's a bit more clear here? This is also on roller instead of mnk. I find it weird how roller almost manages to make that massive amount of flinch playable.
