I also have a samsung evo.. do you have automatic managing of file size enabled? it's in the settings of virtual memory.. also you can take a look at how to change apex server but i dont know if its going to make a difference.. I've been having some issues with running the game even though i have low ping ea kicks me of in a timed out manner.. Now it works again but the stuttering is insane..
