7 years agoHi, @Feedexinfinity
Have you tried all the steps here for PlayStation 4 users experiencing crashes?
- Check to make sure you have the latest software update: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-help/ps4-system-software/
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
- Turn off Convert Incoming Voice to Chat Text in the game's settings. (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Game-Keeps-Crashing-PS4/m-p/7439480/highlight/true#M5263)... any devices inserted into the USB slot
- Restore the license for the game: https://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/license.html
- Try reinstalling the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal to see if you have any improved results.
Regarding updates from Respawn around crashing, they've provided weekly updates on Reddit that we've been mirroring here
The latest one can be seen here

"i'll play on the PS4 for now" He isn't having issues with it on ps4. Hes saying he'd like to be able to play on pc but because it crashes he elects to play on his ps4 (which works fine).

@Battle_Pope_II Good catch.
@FeedexinfinityCan you attach a DxDiag for us?
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
I've posted this throughout the day but they really do seem to be working for most players on PC.
- Play the game in Windowed mode
- Cap your frame rate to 75 (steps can be found here)
- Try playing without any overlays
- Change your monitor refresh rate from 144 to 85
- Lower the Texture Streaming Budget option via the in-game settings
