Let's take a look and see if we can help out with these crashes you've been seeing. First could you bring up a DxDiag and share it here? You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help site.
Once you have the file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

Got it, thanks. Looking at your DxDiag I'm not seeing any display devices at all. I looked up the model of Acer laptop you're using, and it should have an NVIDIA GTX CPU installed. If the PC isn't detecting the video card that might be what's causing the crashes. It might be running on integrated Intel graphics instead of using the GPU.
Have you checked to see if you've got any video drivers installed for the NVIDIA card? For more info on how to download them check out the EA Help site. Let me know if that helps at all.
