Solved

gdi plus error

Apex legends doesn't start.

I have this problem since february and I don't know how i have to do.

When i start the game, after the charging screen of easy anti-cheat, i see this issue (linked image)

Please, help me

  • @D1sKK Do you have your windows cd or usb with live boot?
Boot up recovery and repair windows.
You can also try to see if you have any windows update to install and see if that repair the issue

  • @D1sKK Browse the EasyAntiCheat installation location -> Delete Certificate folder. Try this

    Edit: Fixed and explained better.

@D1sKK Hello, sorry for bad explanation.
If you go and browes the folder where you installed EasyAntiCheat files you'll find 'Certificates'

also if this don't resolve any issue it could be duo a DLL related issue on your pc.
    You could
    1: Verify/repair game and EasyAntiCheat
2: run a sfc scan by open CMD with admin rights and enter the command sfc /scannow
3: reinstall/update your amd or nvidia drivers.
