My game is currently unplayable, I am getting all the error icons. Prediction errors, Latency, congestion, and most of all packet loss. I tried everything listed on the troubleshooting page and none of it worked. Port forwarding oddly enough worked for a couple of hours, but after a while back to unplayable all four errors returned. I checked to make sure that the port forwarding didn't reverse itself. I have had no connection issues with anything else, other games, discord etc.

Hey @CogChamp. It sounds like you're playing on PC. When you have a chance can you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's anything else running on the PC that could be causing issues that might help get around it. For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Yep, PC. Tried that, no change.

@CogChamp Got it, thanks for giving it a shot. Have you tried using a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen cases where changing the DNS can help with issues like this. You can update the DNS settings in the Windows TCP/IP Settings. For more info on how to get there check out the Microsoft Support website. If you choose Manual you can then enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually recommend using the public Google DNS (Primary: 8.8.8.8, Secondary: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different public DNS you would rather use instead that should work as well. The UO Trace you sent looks OK. The ping doesn't appear to go super high, and there isn't really any measureable packet loss for the most part. I did notice that it looks like a few of the hops may have been timing out though. In a lot of cases that points to closed ports, but you said that you double-checked and made sure your port forwarding wasn't reverted.

I noticed earlier that you mentioned you had run through a lot of other troubleshooting already as well. In that troubleshooting did you already try flushing the DNS on your PC? If not, could you give that a shot for me to see if it makes any difference at all?
