Gift card redeemed but no coins received

i already redeemed my gift card on the EA app for apex legends but it says it's already been used but there are no coins in my account. Yes I've tried to switch from steam to the EA app game and it...

i bought apex coin code and reedemed on my account on ea app but when i open apex trough steam the coins missing and i cant install apex trough ea app

    Hey @AdashorCZ,

    As you purchased the coins and redeemed them on EA App, you first need to access Apex through EA App to have the coins credited to your account. 

    If you're having issues downloading/installing Apex through EA App, please try the steps on this article.

    Hello all,

    Two days ago I purchased Apex Coins via Steam. The transaction completed, but I never received the coins.
    I've contacted support on this and pretty much been told that there's nothing that can be done on EA's end and that this is a Steam issue.
    I have waited for 24 hours and tried booting the game through the EA app, but to no avail.
    I'm at a lost on what to do. I just want what I purchased.
    I'll attach both my proof of purchase and the text transcript of the support agent telling me that this is a Steam issue.
