I am an Apex Legends player with over 1000 hours on this account. I registered this account in 2020. I have purchased EA Play and spent money on Apex Legends. I also have Pathfinder’s Heirloom, and I really cannot lose this account.

On my computer, I have mods for Horizon 5 and a Logitech mouse macro. My work involves repeatedly helping people buy cars in the Horizon 5 Auction House so they can earn credits. I like helping others, but I did not expect this to lead to my account being wrongfully banned. I believe you have records on your end, and I can provide documents if needed.

On that day, I also encountered many AFK players I did not know. Could my account have been banned because I eliminated them? I do not know these people; I was just playing normally and attacking them because they were AFK.

Additionally, my account seemed to have been hacked before. I also went AFK in a few Arenas matches because I had a stomachache and had to use the toilet. Since I am in China, my network environment is very unstable, so I use Clash for Windows, which may have caused network fluctuations.
