Got banned after using cloud gaming

I've been using a cloud gaming service to play apex legends. I think Anti-Cheat has mistaken that as gameplay enhancements. The name of that platform is Oneplay Cloud Gaming Services and the link to that is https://www.oneplay.in

    Cloud gaming is not really supported. 

    Did you skip reading over the system requirements for the game? 

    Using third party software is always a risk.
