Got banned

My account got banned because I was hacked and that hacker used bad language and he got me banned and I will never be able to have my account back but I had all my friends on there please give me a second chance

    Afaik you can appeal you ban a number of times. 

    The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as bans or having been hacked.

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

    If you get your account back, it might be as good idea to turn on 2 factor authentication on your account.

    Hi @SUPERMANBA69, 

    Thanks for reaching out to us on Answers HQ, but you're through to the forum team on here. It's as @OldTreeCreeper shared, we won't know why you're EA account might be banned, sorry. You're looking for the Terms of Service team, they would exclusively help and discuss ban cases. If you believe there's been some sort of mix-up with the application of a ban, they can be reached by filling out the webform (that sends in an appeal to them).

    If you're in anyway concerned someone's hacked your account, I would still strongly encourage you to go through resetting these security steps too. There may be some steps there that can't be completed while the ban is in place but that's ok, the ban itself will limit any activity on the EA account itself so nothing further can take place on the account while the ban is in place. 

    Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
