Got hacked and can't log in on my main account, lost time and money spent...

Well im coming here because i already sent 5 tickets to EA to solve the problem to change the email that the hacker used to mine so i can change pass and add 2FA but it seems EA doesnt care about any of that everytime i sent a ticket it comes out as solved but it keeps the same problem cause they even didnt do nothing about it, o dont receive anything on my email or that account that is linked to my steam and others is with another email... cant they see? that email is russian i am not even close to russia... cant they see ?? i got hacked and nobody from EA cares... and the help is 0.

Yes i tried everything but if the email change didnt even came to my email... so i couldve know of that change ??

EA fix everything about ur stuff cause this isnt helping players that are trying to come back to 1 or more of ur games...

    Its says this..

    "If you think your EA Account was hacked, first try logging into your account where you play and checking for missing content, like in-game packs, tokens, and coins."

    how can i log in if the email was change and what i am asking for is changing email and remove de 2FA that he put on that account... every time i try to log in through steam it appears always that email and an authentication button to press when i didnt had one from the start... :/ 

    thats what i am asking, i have footage of me playing on that account, i already said that that account is linked to my steam, twitch and more and they didnt do anything about it... like are u saying that i lost my account ? it doesnt give me much an encoragement to keep play EA games..

    I already did that and tried to reach one of ur workers they always put that as solved and it keeps the same email and nothing changes... i did that for like 3 days straight to try to contact u guys and nothing the answer was always the same with a login on the other acc or without login... 

    I am not stupid to not understand that i can send ticket without login... the thing is i can only wright 100 characters and it comes out as solved everytime.... 

    Same * all the time as u can see it happens always the same... everytime nobody do * and i am getting on my nerves because its the simple thing to change the email and remove the 2FA... nothing else the rest i can do... 

    I can add my own 2FA and security, but nothing is done im about to be done with this...

    Hey @DiSkeLuZz,

    If you check back through your case history page here, you should be able to resume a case rather than continuing to create separate cases. That should help pick up where the previous one left off rather than starting over each case.

    It looks like each of the cases you've created so far has replied asking you to use a link to contact live chat instead, as they'll need to verify some additional information to continue.

    I would make sure you've created a case through the link provided in your case history specifically. If that case is closed and you're still running into any issues, please resume that one through your case history page to have another advisor take a look.

  • So u are saying that if the 1rst one that i am doing it comes out at solved and nothing happened, do i have to keep creating and resuming to the same issue that i already did create?? and if that agent didnt do anything other will help me ?? 

    i have been doing that.. the tickets that u saw every single 1 of them is with answers and i tried to contact every time even got mails to respond with number and pass of the cases... i did that and it comes out resolved everytime... 

    As i am telling u nobody cares about my account got hacked, i tried everything, if they are still looking into it they should say it and not close the cases from out of nowhere and saying its solved when its not... 

    I even sent them a clip from my twitch.tv/skeluzz me playing on that account, i dont use cheats i dont go outside of the rules of EA and this is my curse ? having my account hacked and nothing is being solved ?

  • As u can see they are closing everytime the tickets and not solving the issue. 

    Im gonna send u what i mean... everytime i try to enter on apex legends with my steam account this always happens...

  • Hi i come here again to ask u if u cant retrieve my other account, that got hacked and then banned.

    Just unlink my steam, twitch and other linked parties from that account cause i cant link to this one... 

    I already did what was necessary to try to reach you and you still didnt do anything about it... got hours and money spent at the game for nothing...

    i have prints that show that i try to log in from steam and still appears the same email and that email its not mine... and now i dont have account to play only this one that i played with some of my friends when i wasnt grinding rank... 

    So 1 more time are u guys gonna try to help me ??? cause every ticket goes closed or resolved for no reason ... i try everytime to enter after i see that was resolved or closed and it keeps the same email... seriously unlink my twitch, steam, etc so i can link to this account or even try to recovery my account....
