Got randomly banned.

I got randomly banned, apparently I was using a cheating software, which I didn't do nor plan to use one.

I really haven't cheated nor plan to cheat on this game. I despise cheaters, why would I cheat?

I only have 1 and only account, I don't "try hard" for ranks (just staying in silver-platinum), doing daily quests until my battle pass gets maxed out, also, my record/s weren't stellar, I got low k/d/a ratio, average damage/kills. I usually plays solo. I usually push solo too, and causes my team to lose. I often make bad in-game decisions.

I quit pubg and played apex legends instead, being a good player that doesn't do illegal things, and don't have much friend/s to play with, and I still get banned? Maybe i got teamed up with a cheater that I wasn't aware of, why would I get banned for it? Was it my last game? Played rampart and randomly firing sheila from far away? Of course I'll do it because I have unlimited ammo/reload when sheila is deployed.

The only thing I did on my client was having english and japanese pack on my client. My client has english text with japanese dub. I put "+miles_language japanese -dev" in my launch options.

It's saddening to get banned on a game you're playing.This is my first time getting banned in an online game. I haven't even get vac banned on steam, and seems like EA is firm that I cheated. If my account ban will not get lifted, I guess thanks for the memories and letting me experience the game.
