GPU Usage at 99% but FPS is fine

GPU usage at 99% My MSI 1080 gaming 8GB usage is 99%. Which makes it hard for me to stream or anything... My FPS is fine tho, i've heard many people have this issue. Any fix to this yet? Or is it ...

What do you want Respawn to do? Not make the game utilize the resources it have available?
Have you tried setting your graphic settings to low? Or cap your fps so the GPU dont need to use all its resources?
If you are not maxing out your CPU you might want to use the CPU to stream instead.

Sorry, but you don't want your GPU to max out?
99% means you get most out for your GPU which is a good thing, not bad.

The thing is that i cant stream when my GPU is maxed out. I usually stream using the NVEC on OBS. Which makes the stream lagging, but my game runs fine.
