Gundam Event Store bugged

I had to open 1 last pack to complete the epyon heat rod heirloom and also get the deathbox, but after i claimed the free saber pack after the free reward store got reset today, it counted that towards my epyon pack progression and now it says completed but haven't received it, and it isn't even letting me purchase the last pack
