Have crashes when loading shaders

Question

HELP PLEASE!Hello everyone, I have been having issues playing apex on my pc. Sometimes the game opens, gets to the point where you left click to enter, then closes without error. After I get into the lobby I can play for an hour or two before the game closes and does it again. I can get into the game fully by deleting the directx shader cache but I need to know what is the root cause so that I can fix it. Ive reinstalled, verified game cache, made sure page file size is adequate, ran memtest, chkdsk, all kinds of fixes. Hoping the shader cache information can ring a bell for somebody on whats causing it. I searched online about shader cache and others have had the same symptom but no root cause or final solution. Any help appreciated. I have uninstalled nvidia drivers using ddu and reinstalled.&nbsp;I9 14900k4070 ti superZ790 Aorus elite wifi32gb ddr5Ssd1300w psu1440p

After much further investigation (like 8hrs total) it seems that the root cause of the issue is the stock settings that my gigabyte motherboard applies for the 14900k. Intel says they are aware of this issue and encouraged me to return the CPU for a new one since its still within 30 days of purchase. Or I would have to lower the clock or increase the voltage. I am not sure if there is anything on EA side that they could do to help. I think this one is between Gigabyte and Intel.&nbsp;
