havent gotten battle pass rewards

Hey Zappybih,

Do you happen to have a screenshot showing exactly what you were gifted, or are you able to grab one from whoever sent this to you? It sounds like the upgrade was sent, not the Battle Pass itself.

The Battle Pass itself cannot be gifted currently, however there is an upgrade from the Ultimate to the Ultimate+ that can be gifted on Xbox. This would require you to have the Ultimate pass still however, so you'd need to pick that up before you're able to access the Battle Pass rewards.
