having trouble with crossplay on pc

dang, you too!! i'm having this same issue rn as of over an hour ago. my friends in the EA app are showing blank names (but i see their profile pictures).

all i did was restart Apex on Steam and suddenly i couldn't see ANY in-game EA friends on the Apex friends list. only my Steam friends were showing (and none of my steam friends were even on Apex).

my playstation friend was able to send me an invite, but it didn't appear for me in lobby. and my lobby was also set to open, but he couldn't join me when he tried to.

i've already uninstalled EA app & reinstalled. i've cleared the cache. i've unlinked my steam and relinked. i've tried to switch servers in-game and ready+unready trios. idk what's goin on but this sucks
