having trouble with crossplay on pc

my playstation friend cannot play apex with me on apex rn there not showing up on my friend list is cross play glitched rn

also, when i spam click Try Again for "We couldn't load your _______ friends" under the Import Friends tab, they go through (see the pic)...........BUT THEY REVERT BACK TO THE ERROR AGAIN. something's broken for EA 😑
