Heirloom glitch

I need help, so I had bought $150 worth of packs and then on my last 50 packs i had opened it showed the red beams off the apex pack for an heirloom shards, you know, and then an error came up and then It had a tab to close the error so i had tried opening them again but it wouldnt open them and my game is in japanese so i couldnt tell you what the error was but when i tried changing my game back to english via steam properties it closed the game and updated it so then when i opened the game back up my packs were gone and no shards were on my account and I cant even tell what else i was given from those last 50 apex packs.
