heirloom problem

I didn't have an heirloom too. Since 2023, when I got the last Mythic Shards, I recorded every Apex Pack I opened in notes on my phone. I only recorded down the normal, epic, and legendary Apex Packs. Today I just opened the 500th Apex Pack, which, according to the rule of guaranteed mythic shards, was supposed to drop it. But I got gray and blue metals
