Heirloom Purchase through Disconnect

I am unsure if this is the right place to discuss this sort of problem. If there is a better place to upload this plaese inform me of it.

Yesterday I was looking through the prestige skins wondering if they were worth it or if I should just buy a Heirloom, when my game crashed. I thought nothing of it, since that had already happened a couple of times during playesearch. So I just reconeccted, and went back to looking at the Heirlooms, when I noticed that my 150 Heirloom shards had been spent. I scrolled through the Heirlooms and prestige skins to see what had been bought, and it seems the mirage prestige skin witch i had been previously looking at had been bought without me activly pressing the buy button. 

Has this happened before? And is there a way for me to get my Heirloomshards back? I hope this issue can be fixed and doesnt happen to anybody else.
