Heirloom Shards,
Hello, I got heirloom shards from the 7th anniversary event, i went away from my PC for a little while and i came back to them missing and an heirloom I didn't want, my cousin who also plays the game decided to buy an heirloom that I didn't want,
I didn't think it was much of a big deal. Until now, i was wondering if there was anyway to get them and the heirloom refunded?

Unfortunately it isn't possible to refund herilooms. I can only recommend that you make sure you're the only one with access to your EA account to stop issues like this in the future.
