Heirloom
So I have been playing apex for a long time now and have opened over 500 apex packs and still not got a heirloom even tho I have been told you are guarantied one after 500 packs can anyone explain why

Hey Superstar_joshi,
Every time this has been brought up the system is found to be working fine and the player in question just hasn't opened 500 apex packs yet. We have a post here by a Hero+ that goes into more depth about the system:
