Heirloom

So the story is i bought heirloom on 25th December i was so hyped about it because it's not everyday thing ykr i was going to buy wraith's kunai. And I bought it but it gave me octanes butterfly knife heirloom i was like what the heck and I saw ea say this to somebody: buy thing that you want we can't give refunds. So it's little hard to buy thing that I would like to buy when it gives me the different thing that I wanted so would be great if you would fix that so somebody else wouldn't get mad about this and would be great if ea would swap my octanes butterfly knife to wraith's kunai if possible and reply to this if this have happened to you.
