Hello Apex Legends Support Team

I’m a long-time dedicated Apex Legends player writing to follow up on my recent account unban appeal.

As in my previous submission, I first filed the ban appeal on October 5th, and got confirmation on October 11th that my appeal was approved—my ban has been officially lifted, and the penalty record removed from my account. Attached are screenshots of the confirmation email and updated penalty record, which clearly prove the approval.

Yet despite this, I still can’t log into the game. I’ve repeatedly checked my internet connection and account credentials, both of which work properly. I suspect there may be a delay in updating my account status on the server, or an unexpected technical issue blocking access.

I sincerely ask for your help to investigate why I’m still locked out. I’d be extremely grateful if this issue could be fixed so I can return to the game.

    Rubydeity​ Sadly, bans cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.

    I've also merged your two threads about the same issue, (however regarding the one in Chinese, the EA Forums only supports the following languages, (which is good that you had reposted in English)):


    As for the screenshots you had shared, since bans cannot be handled on the forums, there is nothing that can be done with the provided screenshots, and furthermore, the screenshots themselves had contained personal information, (such as your email address), so I had removed the screenshots to help protect your account.

    Thank you for your help! However, I just can’t get in touch with the TOS team. Since I have no history of being banned, I can’t submit a dispute. I also tried to contact the online advisors, but they also told me to file an appeal. Yet, I don’t have an interface to submit an appeal via email.😢
