I’m a long-time dedicated Apex Legends player writing to follow up on my recent account unban appeal.
As in my previous submission, I first filed the ban appeal on October 5th, and got confirmation on October 11th that my appeal was approved—my ban has been officially lifted, and the penalty record removed from my account. Attached are screenshots of the confirmation email and updated penalty record, which clearly prove the approval.
Yet despite this, I still can’t log into the game. I’ve repeatedly checked my internet connection and account credentials, both of which work properly. I suspect there may be a delay in updating my account status on the server, or an unexpected technical issue blocking access.
I sincerely ask for your help to investigate why I’m still locked out. I’d be extremely grateful if this issue could be fixed so I can return to the game.
