Hello. I started playing Apex in 2022. During this period, I was busy with work and didn't have time to play games. Recently, when I opened the game, I found that my account had become level 1. I am looking forward to your help in retrieving the correct account. My account was not logged in from October 2023 to April 2023. thank you very much. Wishing you a good day.

Furthermore, are you signing into the correct EA Account, (and if you are playing on a platform account, is the platform account still linked to your EA Account and hadn't been unlinked before in the past?)
