false ban

Long story short i lost my account to a hacker and got it back recently (after beyond extensive efforts) and the hacker received a ban while on my account a permanent one (banned on the day i got the account back btw) so after submitting and appeal it has been 6 days!!! and the only thing that has changed is that the appeal is being transferred. not that i’ve counted but it gets transferred at least 4 times a day yet i am still banned and beyond furious. i was banned for gameplay enhancement (xbox player) yet the penalty says i received it on pc, ive spent hundreds of hours and dollars on the game got an heirloom for octane (my main since his release) ive spoken with multiple people through live chat and all they are telling me to do is wait, i would love some help.
