Help I've been falsely perma-banned from the Discord Server, Can't Contact Any1

I need help, I haven't touched apex in about a year but I just got a message from the bot I'm perma-banned from the server

I think they accidentally banned my acc instead of someone else as I literally havent touched the game for almost a year now. Since I quit the game for awhile and my discord acc isn't hacked, and I obviously didn't do what it said, I'd imagine I should be able to get my ban lifted pretty easily? That is if I could contact a mod!!!!!

Help Ive been staring this for over an hour and idk what to do.

I'll never be able to play Apex without the server as its unplayable in SoloQ getting Gold Teamates in a Pred lobby.... Please help so I have the chance of playing this game again in the future...

I'm not sure if they use AI but possibly Ai banned me if they did? I again have literally not touched the server since I quit Apex and checking my logs I haven't been hacked and sending any malicious links to people

My discord acc is JKaiya... I get its a seperate support branch from this but please help, I've 100% been falsely banned and I want this fixed before I end up forgeting and come back to Apex in the future seeing I can't play the game as I'm not gonna go through hellQ again. I just need to get in contact with discord mod please help meee, I'd imagine all they need to do is check their logs. Maybe somebody nicknamed themselves after my name and it got mixed up? or they just clicked on wrong guy?
