Help! My game is capped at low FPS!

I love apex. I played it all the time but suddenly the game has really low fps! But it doesn't go higher or lower so it's weird + i have a vega 64 and an i7-9700k.

And this happens on other games too.

Can anybody help me?

if you have a laptop, go to the Nvidia panel for add Apex in 3D settings
If its not this case, you have same problem that me and others peoples
I don't know if the devs will fix it quickly but i'm frustred because i'm forced to set the settings in lowest :[
