Help on ban apex

This my 2nd because can’t get no one to help or use anything else on other acount bar email the team that handles it. I’m feeling the pain of not getting speak to anyone or really plead my case I’ve Tourette’s syndrome and autism I used one curse word in chat after being provoke in game chat so ask check ring for good of the team.. ? with no other problems over 15 years gaming with ea and yes a full and ban not just ban from the game all ea games not the game I was playing?!!

yea I’m goner when I send on my cases again get same word for response everytime so guess they really don’t look at cases.. I’ve played on this this new count past few days came across gamers who did same thing to me and reported them with replays from ea say thanks lettting us know but yea we don’t see nothing at this time oh by the way mute them or block them? So didn’t I get that courtesy when I just used one yes one curse word which totally out of my  health and control had not problems over 15 years gaming… this is crazy stuff.. can anyone help here.. I’ve spend £1000 on the account play over 5 years.. heart breaking.
