Help please

I made an account on my PC and when I played apex legends on my xbox I log in my account but it says  

"Unable to Login"

We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com

I've tried to use help.ea.com but it didnt work so here I am at answers.ea.com 

Please help
