I was mistakenly banned while playing Apex in an internet cafe, what else can I do besides filing a complaint to get unbanned? I have played for 2200 hours, and my KD has never been above 1.0 in any season, yet I was mistakenly banned.😭

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here. Only our terms of service team can help with bans, so if you've reached out to them I can only recommend that you wait for them to get back to you.

I contacted them, and I also provided evidence, but they rejected my complaint. I can provide evidence to prove that I did not violate the agreement, but your service terms team does not give me a chance.
Playing at internet cafe's or using other peoples hardware is unsafe. Not only for your gaming account but also any other personal account you have.

What should I do now? The complaint is not intelligent at all. Before logging into my account at the internet cafe, I always confirm that there is no background software, and at the same time, I check the box to not remember me on this device. I will also confirm that my account has been logged out and my records have been cleared at the end of each session.
