xXBlazedSunXx Your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account level.
With that being said, are you logged into the same EA Account and are your platform accounts, (if any), still linked to it?- xXBlazedSunXx1 month agoRising Newcomer
I used to play on PlayStation and after a break of a few years tried playing it again on my PlayStation. It would’ve been linked to this account as it’s my only EA and PlayStation account.

Hey xXBlazedSunXx,
I do see you mentioned this is your only EA and PlayStation account, but from what I'm able to see it doesn't look like this particular EA account has ever accessed Apex Legends on PlayStation until your recent login. There was some previous access on a different platform, but this one has not been used for Apex by any PlayStation accounts in the past.
That would likely be why you're not seeing the progress as well. As Midnight9746 mentioned that progress is stored at the EA account level, so just logging into the same PSN account wouldn't matter if there's no other content/progress on the EA account itself.
Are there any other emails you may have used for an account in the past? I'd definitely try logging in with any old emails to see if there may have been an account under some other credentials. If you no longer have access to an old account or can't recall the details, it would be best to contact support directly so they can try to help verify and update any older accounts.
