I found out the issue, especially with amd cpus, it has autoclocking feature, but apex can't handle it and freeze the pc for no reason until now, ur best solution is is using the default frequency for the cpu or turning off the autoclock feature, if your motherboard is on budget and can't set it, so go to power management on windows and set max cpu usage to 99%
