High ping in apex

Whenever i go to play apex my ping rises to 1000 ms. SOMETIMES in the middle of the match it works but mostly it doesn't. The problem is NOT from my internet since i play a lot of other games with an...

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @NSKills00. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

As i mentioned in my previous message, i did the troubleshooting steps and my connection is fine. It would be greatly appreciated if you read my entire message before providing me with an answer. I would not be contacting you if i didn't try everything. Please re-read my message and help us solve it because i found many people with the same issue as me.

  Hey @NSKills00 if you went through the troubleshooting then can you please share the UO Trace that you ran at that time?
  
  For future reference, if you have done EA recommend troubleshooting steps then please state which ones.
