Are you able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

    @EA_Aljo I play on wired connection 😭 that's what am trying to say the problem is definitely not with my connection

      Sorry for the confusion. You mentioned using wifi so I thought you meant you were on a wireless connection. What system are you playing on?
