horrible FPS dips and overall performance since update today

******FOUND THE ISSUE BOYS N GIRLS***** 

So just a quick one for you, ive reset my PC, went into my Bios Settings and TURNED OFF - HYPER THREADING. This has fixed the fps issues while getting into fights / random spots on the map. Some poor optimizations this update, so if any admins or Devs can see this post, heres a solid lead to fix the issue, ive got a channel on YouTube named theSmashAsh if anyone wants to leave a comment if this helped you out 😉

Getting freezing issues still on my AMD CPU and GPU (6900 XT) that require full shutdown of PC. 

spec: 4090, i9-14900k, 64gb RAM 

Everyone having issues have a Intel CPU and I'm assuming the update for the AMD CPU's **bleep** Intel. 
Game is totally unplayable! I should NOT be getting 60 fps in last zone on a game from 2019. 

Bro ive got 3090ti & i9 12900K and in having the same issues, like 80fps mid fights, ehile looking towards middle of map, ect.
