How do I actually get my account unbanned?

Before I explain what happened, I have already visited EA's website, reached out to the live support, and contacted TOS, but to no avail, so please save your copy-pasted responses as that's all I know. I get that it's hard to trust random strangers on the internet, but i have no ideas so this is my last resort; I've even contemplated getting a lawyer involved. 

About a year ago, my steam account got hacked and then when I logged onto apex, I was banned. I assumed this was a security measure, so I appealed it, explaining what happened, with proof, and it was rejected. So, for the past year, I have been sending an appeal every couple of weeks. It's been almost an entire year, and I still get rejected. I have never hacked, I don't use game chat, I play lots of other games and have never triggered any other anti-cheat, I seriously have no idea why I got banned and neither does EA.

I'm here to ask, is there another way, besides every other way I have tried, to get my account back. I am never going to give up, as that account meant the world to me. I am a civil human that had never done anything wrong, and now I'm being treated horribly. Can I talk to anyone with higher power, or talk to TOS and get a response that isn't the same copy and pasted message I've been getting.
