How do I link my apex accounts?

My Xbox uses outlook email. And my ps have a gmail account. I never got the in game prompt at all to merge account. So I tried to manually do it on EA website and my Xbox account was glitched. I couldn’t pick any of my legends as they was blacked out. All of my currencies was showing -9999. So I had to unlink it. So I’m asking is it possible to link two different email account for cross progression?

Hey @xProdigyBaseGod,

If your Xbox and PlayStation account were linked to two separate EA accounts, then unfortunately you won't be able to link your progress on the two of them. Progress in EA games are stored on the EA account level, and there's no way to transfer progress from one EA account to the other.
