how do i submit a support ticket for apex?
I got the cross - progression prompt today to merge my PC account with my PS4 one, and now that I've done that I don't have any content from the playstation account. I'm trying to figure out how you submit a support ticket, and looking through the Help site hasn't actually helped me, as it won't let me submit a ticket and just gives me suggestions on how to "find my content" that is incredibly unhelpful since it tells me to just select the content, but the content is genuinely not there for me.

However, to check was your PSN account ever linked to a separate EA account?
If so, please note progress and items are stored at the EA account level instead of the Platform account. To attempt to recover items and progress you will need to link it back to its original EA account if this is the case.
