How to change my ea account on switch？

While you can just unlink your Switch and link it to a different EA account, I should note that all progress is stored at the EA account level, so if you unlink and then relink somewhere else your progress won't carry over. If you're sure you still want to unlink your Nintendo account, you can unlink it from your EA account here.
But the EA account I linked before isn’t in use anymore, and I can’t find the account.
Vion_Song That may prove to be tricky, (especially if it was unlinked prior to Cross Progression taking effect on your EA Account).
So in this case, I would suggest contacting EA Support to see if they can help you find your old EA Account:
