How To Get In Contact With Support Team

Two weeks ago communtiy Manager EA_Mako responded to my post about my account ban. Thank you for that. My situation is my account has been banned and I have no idea why because the ea account that is linked to my xbox account is not mines and I have no access to that email. And so you guys gave me directions on how to get in contact with the support team. However unless I am just blind as a bat I do not see an option to do so. I followed the directions Game Support > Ea App > update my EA account information. Though when I click on "get in touch with us" there is no option to speak with anyone

I hate to be so bothersome about this but I have spent alot of money in my apex legends account that I want back above all else. I was thinking I should be able to disconnect my xbox live account from this account and to a new ea account. Please could someone help me.

@EA_Aljo I understand that you are not able to help over the answers HQ, I'm asking how do I get into contact with someone personally to address my unique situation. The link you provided doesn't work ☹️

I'm sorry to say, there is no way to speak with ToS. The only way to potentially get the ban overturned is to submit a dispute.

@EA_Aljo I understand however I am not trying to get the ban overturned yet because I dont even know what it is for. My Xbox account is linked to an ea account that does not belong to me so I am not even sure if it is something I did. What I am trying to see is if I can speak with someone who can tell me how long the ban is. And if I can unlink my xbox account from this EA account because I have no access to this EA account outside of logging in with my xbox account

We cannot help with bans. We also cannot discuss account issues. There is nothing I can do to help here. If you want to talk to an advisor about this, you'll need to open a case.
