I have two accounts on each, one with my PS4 id and a new one I have just created.
well.. I thought I had no accounts with my PSN id so I made a new one, totally screwed up.
now I want to transfer my PSN account to the other account (the new one) how do I do that?
oh and it's about the twitch prime free loot I connected it to the new one instead of the old one with my PSN id in it
Community AdminHi, if the content was manually claimed already, it looks like you're out of luck, you can't transfer the PSN account to the new EA account, at least not without breaking a lot of stuff.
The best option, if it's available, is to de-link the new account and then connect your old account.

On that page you'll also find instructions on how to unlink the incorrect account. You can then link the correct account and claim the content, and it should show up.
ok so ive been trying to link my psn and twitch account so i can claim my apex twitch prime loot problem is the email i used to set up the account is no longer used and i dont remember the password but there seems to be no way to reset my password with a different email or link my accounts using my psn details which i dont understand y we cant link our accounts with my console sign in so how can recover my ea account if the email used doesnt work anymore
Community AdminIf you don't have access to the email address any more, you can reach out to support, they can help with recovering old accounts and moving them to an email address you control.
