I am having a matchmaking issue in Apex Legends.

 

I can enter the Firing Range normally, but I cannot join any online game mode, including Trios, Ranked, or any other playlist. The game does not show any error message or error code. It just keeps searching and never puts me into a match.

 

I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the problem still exists.

 

Could you please check if there is any issue or restriction on my account that is preventing me from joining online matches?
