I have tried that but they said they couldn't do anything about it because they can't manually input money
@XtinctGaminggSame Problem. But when I spoke with EA help, they said to post on the forums. But @EA_Darko you're saying to contact help. This feels a bit like go ask your mom/go ask your dad. I have never received any tokens on my account at all and would also like a fix. My lobby doesn't even have a counter next to apex coins and crafting mats (see attached photo). Please advise.
