I am missing my twitch prime loot

twitch prime loot not showing in game. i linked my accounts multiple times to see if something went wrong there but im still not getting the loot. anyone else signed in to amazon, twitch and EA but still not getting the loot even though i says it was claimed successfully? 

Hey, I can't see an Apex account attached to your posting account, but sometimes the Twitch Loot is delivered, but as they're rares, they get missed when they slot into your inventory. Can you check the blue section of the inventory for the items?

The account mixup may be a factor too, I do see a PS4 account attached. Perhaps if you play apex on the PSN ID associated with your posting account, then the items will be there. 

Yo did the dev help you get your loot cuz i also did everything to see it in my inventory and its still not there so itll mean alot if u see this message to help me out.
